Registration

Step 1:

Immigration or international student? Follow these NESD Immigration or International Student Instructions for permission to attend Hudson Bay Community School.

Step 2:

Live outside the NESD boundaries but wish to attend HBCS?  Complete the NESD Out of Area Request Form for permission to attend Hudson Bay Community School.

Step 3:

Registration to Hudson Bay Community School, Grades K-12

Online Registration Form, or

Paper Registration Form - email to hbcs@nesd.ca or drop off at the school office.

- Students coming from out of province and registering for grade 10 - 12 classes should come with report cards and/or high school transcript.

Pre-Kindergarten Application

Application/Screening Form

The Pre-Kindergarten Program is for 3 & 4 year olds and runs Monday through Friday, September through June,  9:00-11:30 AM. Parents are asked to fill out the the Pre-Kindergarten Screening Tool to apply for the Pre K Program. Once application forms have been received and assessed, families will be contacted by the school division if their child qualifies. 

Saskatchewan’s Pre-kindergarten programs admit children based on eligibility criteria. It is important to share as much information about your child’s growth and development as possible. Submitting this screening tool does not guarantee your child’s enrollment in the program. You will be contacted by the school division if your child qualifies.
